30. Subsequent events
On 7 February 2013, the Company issued additional 125,000,000 new ordinary shares pursuant to the listing of the
Company on SGX - ST. On 8 March 2013, an over-allotment of shares option was exercised and an additional 25,000,000
new ordinary shares were issued. As at the date of this report, the net proceeds of S$68,033,985 have not been utilised.
The resultant issued and paid-up share capital of the Company is S$103,219,241, comprising 415,363,548 ordinary
shares.
31. Authorisation for issue of financial statements
The consolidated financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2012 were authorised for issue in accordance
with a resolution of the Directors on 15 March 2013.
